Greg F. Walton, an African American artist, uses the pseudonym GPapi to exemplify his creative identity.  He paints as a colorist to create beautiful works, no matter the subject. Color and music are his DNA.

As he states..."I was born a creative. For too long I directed my efforts in creating various businesses. I now choose to release my fears visually and allow my work to be judged by you. My mission is to tell color stories of people and things I see every day, who are flawed, beautiful and typically, not seen. As best I can, my work will speak to environmentalism, racism, sexism and most importantly, humanism."

As an artist, Gpapi mediums are acrylic and oils on canvas and photography.

My spirit is young.
It is new in the moment.
It has aged wisely.
